Do you know with vitamin A. I want to do some research about vitamin A for my study. Can you tell me so far about it. About advantage, disadvantage, source of it, anything about vitamin A.You can share about your experiance.

I would say that your best bet is to simply google it
I would think you could get what ever you wanted to know about it with one or two clicks of the mouse

yes, simply google is the best thing for you to do, but to give you a bit of a quick reply, vitamin a promotes good eyesight and good skin.....it is also anti ageing.....that is all i can tell for now....

Actually i dont have enough knowledge about vitmin A. All I know is it is helpful in our eyes.

Just buy some from a health shop and the staff in the health shop will surely manage to tell you all about it.#
I am surprised SaM hasnt turned up yet and given us all the low down on it, she seems to be the most knowledgeable person on the forum on such matters

vit a is good for the eyes and skin. there are a lot of vit a sources. green leafy vegetables rank number one when it comes to vit. a.....this vitamin is also considered as source of antioxidant....vit a also fights aging......

Vit A is present in green vegetable and in carrot,apricot,sweet potato.Its good for eyes and skin.
