I have read it in an old magazines before that eating only vegetables and fruits everyday will give us the benefits of living a longer life. These foods contains vitamins and minerals that is not harmful to our health. They are not artificially processed so no artificial ingredients is present that contribute to our worsening health problems in our society today. Vegetables and fruits will make our skin younger and youthful looking. How about you...do you believe that these foods I mentioned above is the secret to long life here in our planet?
I'm slowly coming to the same conclusion. I love my steaks and chops but in the last year or so, I've stopped eating french fries, clam chowder (high salt content, esp. Campbell's Chunky soup), donuts, etc. Still eating some meat and fish but also eating bananas, oranges, yogurts with fruits and salads. So I am eating healthier and don't feel as sluggish as before. _________________ Well, once we had an easy ride and always felt the same

Maybe it an help longer the life but I belive that people cant survive without meat because it has the highest content of meat which is essential to our muscle and can make us strong. _________________ my first baby..

They also have properties that can fight diseases, I still remember the story of a woman who have cancer, The doctor told her she only have 2 months 2 live but when she tried doing a raw vegan diet, Everything was changed, She was still alive after 2 years and she was already recovering from cancer. Raw vegetables can remove toxins in our body, They clean our body from all those harmful stuff we had eaten before. They also burn fat which drops the cholesterol content. It has been declared before that Raw vegan diet can cure lots of diseases , its not fun though. _________________
it can make us healthy and we can live a longer life. Like that of people in the province. some people there are living like the food they eat was just picked in the backyard. They eat meat from poultry and they eat vegetables. But it has something to do with their lifestyle too and if the is no history of severe illness with their family. They can live a longer life, free from disease and illness and they are away from pollution and some vices.

All the fresh fruits and vegetables are contains excellent source of Vitamin and Minerals and would have supported our health and to maintain the body from the possible infection and diseases, but unfortunately recent fresh vegetables and fruits are also containing artificial things because most of the plant cultivation now improved by the chemical fertilizer, so there is more possibility to get chemical side effects from fresh fruits and vegetables. But at the same time we all are hope that both veggie and fruits can give the longer live in this world, I am not sure that because everyone monitor by the god and may die at any time even we are going to enjoy the fresh fruits and vegetables.
There's no doubt in my mind that vegetables and fruits are way more healthier than fast food restaurants but I believe that a healthy body starts with a healthy mind and a healthy diet. your body needs all kinds of foods not just freaking vegetables, now I am not a dietitian nor a doctor but I been told many times to follow the food pyramid and I do, not only that exercising makes you healthy too not just food, there's a lot of facts that can make a human body more healthy and to look younger or live longer.
