Guys guys heard about Dubai crisis?Two major government companies of Dubai have created 60 billion debit and are now unable to pay back loan.If AbuDhabi do not extend hand of financial aid Dubai government is going to bankrupt.
For last few years Dubai is favorite destination for investor all around the world and sudden fall of Dubai have created panic everywhere.

things like this are happening everywhere, the goverment here in the uk have had to lend money to the banks just to keep there heads above water, it is a terrible time for all the people around the world and not likely to change any time soon

And here in the UK I bet we are about the last country to even start to recover

ohh Jimbo i heard major investors in Dubai were HSBC and Stand chart form Britain.HSBC might get shock of 50 billions if Dubai government fails to act and hands up on this issue.
No banks here have declared major loss yet.They are keeping mum and politicians are trying to ease panic by doing fancy statements.

The UK and Europe aren't in great shape either but compared to the US which can't pay it's debt and refuses to stop spending like there's no tomorrow, the UK is probably in better shape.

I think they are just not ready to be soo fast and money making. They are developed so fast. Then the demand for the new homes stopped because of the recession. I would be careful with them. I just think the world currencies are really affected by the US economy. I hope it gets better soon.

I believe before that Dubai is rich and famous country. Many of my fellows are dreaming to work in that place, also there are lot of investors of that place thats's there are also lot of job orders. But now, I am hearing this issues regarding Dubai that starting to fall down. I hope it is not true because there are many of my fellows are just hanging on to that place so that there family will live.

My company has got an office in Dubai. One of my friends was moved there. They enjoy the life style and since the office is a base for the region, they are actually doing well, there was no contagion, but the amount of unfinished buildings in Dubai is huge and they are simply still too leveraged.

I always thought Dubai is leading now to succeed. I never thought they are having problems last year like these until I read the discussion of Piya. Anyway, what did happen today? Did Dubai pay the loans they had. did the investor continue to invest in Dubai?

Dubai is one of the dream place to most of the Asian peoples because of the richness and very modern life and also most of them getting nice jobs with handsome salary. But unfortunately the recent issue would be happened due to many more reasons especially they are not able to collect their reveneu from the dealers and was main reasons to postponed the payment of due, still the neighbor state Abudhabi would have helped them and finish the issue right now . So the development and economic condition of the Dubai is growing now and which is only the state providing free education and free medical services to every citizen.

I've been travelling to dubai lately, and the place are good but expenses are a bit high. Lots of businesses are closing that time, construction firms or real estate really in trouble.
