I will be sharing my buttered chicken recipe. Most people think (my friends that is) that buttered chicken means deep frying chicken in butter. But no... it takes more than that!
You will need chicken cut into parts, butter, salt and pepper, bread crumbs (but if you have skyflakes available, that's better. just ground the skyflakes.)
First, make sure that your chicken is drained off any water. rub salt and pepper. Set aside.
Then melt the butter is a pan. once melted, pour butter in a container and place your chicken on the melted butter. Make sure that the chicken is fully coated.
Then use the bread crumbs as breading. roll chicken parts into the crumb.
Heat oven at around 360 degrees. Use foil or baking sheet. cook chicken in over for 45 mins - 1 hour.
Serve hot.
Enjoy!

I'm about to try that recipe - though how does the buttery goodness get inside the chicken? "Chicken cut into parts" - is that like a whole chicken cut into drumstick, thighs, etc. Or is it a chicken breast cut into strips or something of the sort? Well anyway - I think with the length of time that you're baking the chicken - I'll assume drumstick, thighs, etc. And I think I'll poke the chicken that way the buttery goodness flavor will also be inside and not just outside. Thanks for the recipe!

sorry i forgot to mention you have to leave the chicken alone while marinating in butter for about 15mins, to 30 mins at the most because the butter becomes sticky. And yes that's a whole chicken cut into drumstick, wings etc but if you want to just use drumsticks, thats ok. Smile Let me know how it turns out.

Hi Jyronah! Wow the recipe seems to be nice, I am glad to see a recipe for buttered chicken here because I really love the taste of the butter especially when it is mixed in foods. Too bad we dont have a microwave oven do you have any option on cooking the buttered chicken?

I have really liked your recipe, but at the same time it would been different from continent to continent and also the taste would be slightly differ from than the real one. We used to make the recipe like this but at the same time we should change some of the things in the mixing and then go for the frying , especially all the small slices of chicken would be kept in the butter for at last 6 hours prior to starts the preparation, and then we have been add all the flavor green vegetables on that to make the mixer this mixed has been touched with the chicken and then go for the fry, finally the taste would be great and it would create more appetizer especially served with hot condition.
