pineapples are rich in phytochemicals which fights any type of cancers. also rich in fiber and minerals which aid in digestion. but eating too much could also harm your stomach acidity. so eat pineapple in moderation. it is good to have a glassful of pineapple everyday. pure, virgin pineapple juice is truly a healthy refreshing drink...

Pineapple is to be considered as a best and most favorable drink because pineapple must contains all the balanced vitamins and minerals like Vitamin C , calcium, magnesium, potassium, etc, apart from that it also contains excellent source of fiber too and which are very much useful to our digestive system, so having the fresh juice drink would always supports to our health, and also we have the best source to get all the required and balanced nutrients to our body system. As you have said that drinking lots of pineapple juice would not make any harm to the body and would supports
to our health.

I was asked to go through all the posts in this section and lock down all those posts where there has been no input on them for over 4 months.
I was also told to advise that should anyone want the posts opened for any reason would the person who wants the post opened again please contact one of the moderators saying why and supplying the link to the post.
