To post a video you must first upload it to a video site, for example www.youtube.com once you have uploaded it, click to watch the video, you will then see to the right of the video the URL

copy the URL and paste it here and you are done
for example

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1uwOL4rB-go

uploading allowed only in youtube or we can upload the video in other forums also???

there are sites other than you tube where you can upload video for free.But these sites are few and they are not much famous yet.I have tried you tube only and you tube is good for uploading and downloading videos.Its takes hardly one minute to upload video there.
