Nobody decides it for us, It's we who will decide it.. If they actually put a ruling in place allowing ISP's to do what they wish for, then we will file reports against it..

This is just awful I think the very best thing about the internet is that it's so accessible - and of course free - to anyone & everyone.
I know it probably sounds a bit sad, but I actually can't bear the thought of a life without the internet! And not just because of all the social stuff like email & facebook & blogging - whenever I need to know something - Google is my first stop! Directions? Google! Phone number? Google!
And what will happen to all the funny emails that brighten up a dull day at the office? No more silly jokes? No more you tubes of people in embarassing situations? No more LOLCATS??!

It's myth.No one gone believe that internet gone end in 2012 ,people thinks world gone in 2012 and hollywood making movie on 2012 .Do u believe that ?No for sure why do we think internet gone end in 2012.Many industry making money from freebie,if its happen today famous company became worst company.
