I think monosodium should be remove in every cooking. This are very dangerous substance that can cause cancerous diseases and that can weakened our bones. In every restaurant we are we should be aware of their foods if how they cooked it. It is better to have some foods cook in our home so that we know what are the ingredients we put in it. _________________ My imagination makes me infinite - kaguvkov
When you are preparing any foods on cooking, you must take some care in order to avoid some types of diseases too. Try to cook only with vegetables Oil instead of other fatty or animal Oil because vegetables Oil does not contains any cholesterol and only contains essential nutrients which is very important in our health , and also possible to avoid heart related problems. When you are cooking don't fry the vegetables for long times because if you fry it it may lose all the essential vitamins including the anti-oxidants.
Try to avoid some types of masala powder which will create lots of problems like stomach gas, stomach ulcer, etc., and add some types of condiments which will boost the power of digestion as well as to act as a herbal medicines to the stomach related problems.

In cooking, I avoid putting different kind of seasonings because it contains a lot of sodium which can be harmful to our body. Also when frying, I avoid putting too much cooking oil because it will have a double level of cholesterol. Just have moderate food intake and not too much fat, I guess those things can be safe. _________________ my first baby..
Healthy foods are those present on food pyramids. Food with high in calcium, potassium that can be found in vegetables , milk, meat etc. In seasoning, they say too much MSG is harmful but as the company of MSG said it is safe. Too much sugar is dangerous too. Sugar makes us fat and can be cause of some organ failure.
