Lets discuss about comapnies wich are worth investing for long term.
Due to global crisis almost all comapnies are at historical lows.Its a apportunity to invest wich comes once in a lifetime.
Work hard ,invest as much as you can if you want to retire without worry.

Companies wich i am noting down are either major comapnies wich have international presence or they are indian or US comapnies.If you know any other companiy from your country wich is worth investing in this crisis,you can post it in this thred.But give apropriate reasons for same.

One of my fevorite company is ebay.I fee there is tremedous growth prospectous fot this company.Internet is spreading fast in asia and africa.This can increase ebays trafic by few folds.People are still not that much use to internet banking here.Its still very limited in india.Once people start using it on large scale.One india can provide few million buyers and sellers to ebay.

Potash (POT) and Agrium (AGU) are Toronto Stock Exchange stocks. They are involved in mining potash, an ingredient in fertilizer, which yields better grain crops. The theory goes like this - the rising middle class in China & India will change to a better diet, going from rice to meat, which means more cattle, pigs, etc. More cattle eat more grains, which need fertilzer to grow. Hence potash.

The rising middle class in China & India is the equivalent of 2 (?-can't remember the number) Marshall Plans, which spurred the post-WW2 consumption boom. It is huge. Those in China & India, take a good look around - is the diet changing to more meat? Maybe right now, the effect is masked by the recession but once the recession is over, watch out.
